Stihl’s new cordless KombiEngine has all the power of a petrol model without the harmful emissions or noise levels that come with a petrol model. Ideal for those who want the benefits of the STIHL Combi system as well as the convenience of a cordless machine. With a weight of only 3.2kg, this is the lightest KombiEngine in the lineup.

The operating handle with speed regulation allows you to control the engine’s speed, which saves energy and extends battery life to provide more working time from a single charge of the battery. This operating handle has “Operator Presence Control” and a self-resetting locking lever to prevent the device from being started unintentionally. The loop handle design is ideal for working in tight quarters, such as thinning between bushes and shrubs.

The KombiSystem is designed with a quick release coupling, which allows it to be quickly dismantled into two parts for easy transport and storage, and then quickly reassembled without the use of tools.

Features

To be used in conjunction with AP batteries connected via the battery belt or carrying system with connecting cable, or an AR backpack battery. No batteries or charger is included.

To transfer power, connect the socket and tool to the STIHL AP or AR batteries via the connecting cable (sold separately). This means that the battery can be worn comfortably on the body.
